I called Brincks, in Black Creek, on Monday morning with a mechanical problem with our window. Their receptionist was friendly and assured me that someone would call me back. An immediate call back and an appt was set up for the Next Day! So this morning, Tuesday, Scott arrived, on time, fixed the problem immediately and was so friendly. Our home was damaged in a storm last year, as a result, we needed to replace the siding on our home. Scott with Brincks was fabulous to work with. He was able to provide an accurate estimate, great communication throughout the project, and even worked with us on some aesthetic changes with new shutters. The Installers were very meticulous, polite and clean, not a bit of debris left in the landscaping. Our house looks great!!! I would definitely use Brincks again!

Mike was great to work with! He answered all of our questions and listened to any concerns we had. Work was started quickly and the estimated timeline was right on. The only ‘issue’ we had was language barrier with the crew working on the house at times. But overall they were very friendly, kept the place as clean as could be during process, and hard workers. We would recommend them to anyone!

I can't speak for their physical work, but Mike took the time to refer me to some of his friends to help with my siding project when he was booked through next spring. He even reached out to his LP Smartside rep to see if they knew anybody else. It is uncommon to see people take that level of extra effort and I can say it definitely stood out. With any luck I'll have this knocked out soon, thanks Mike.

Had Brincks do injection foam on my 1950's home and really made a difference. They got it done in two days and communicated throughout the process. I would recommend them to anyone.

Everything from start to finish with Brincks was great. The quote was done in person quickly. Jason was great to deal with. Each crew worked quickly and did an excellent job. We had the roof, windows, doors, and siding done and we are so happy with it. It completely changed the Appearance of our home for the better!

Entire house of windows installed this past fall. Quality product and excellent customer service. Scott made himself available and responded in a timely fashion. Initial quote was 30% cheaper than other companies for the same product. Definitely will contact for future roofing, siding and window projects.
