We hired Brincks Exteriors after our roof was damaged in the derecho. Very happy with our choice...great customer service, knowledgeable, and great quality work. Impressed with finished product and how thorough the crew was when cleaning up. Would highly recommend!

Everything from start to finish with Brincks was great. The quote was done in person quickly. Jason was great to deal with. Each crew worked quickly and did an excellent job. We had the roof, windows, doors, and siding done and we are so happy with it. It completely changed the Appearance of our home for the better!

I typically do not write reviews but after my experience with Brincks Exteriors I felt compelled. I found a few shingles in my yard after a storm blew them off. I have a steep 12/12 roof pitch so didn’t want to climb up and fix them myself. I did an internet search and found Brincks Exteriors. They were here within an a few hours to assess the roof and give me a quote. While he was on my roof he mentioned that he saw some hail hits and recommended I talk to Melissa Brincks as she specializes in working with insurance companies. Melissa showed up a few days later to get on the roof and assess the damage for herself. She agreed there was damage on the roof and recommended I call my insurance company to see if they would cover the damage. My insurance company was able to come the next day so Melissa came back to crawl up on the roof with them and point out the damage. A few days later the insurance company agreed to replace my roof and I had a check in hand. I hired Brincks as their responsiveness and customer service was fantastic. The owner, Jason Brincks got involved after I hired them and I was in constant communication with Jason and Melissa to know where were we at in the process. Jason and Melissa both showed up the day they started the work and dropped in & out while the roof was put on. They cleaned up after they were done and the roof looks fantastic. I have already recommended Brincks to all of my neighbors.

Our home was damaged in a storm last year, as a result, we needed to replace the siding on our home. Scott with Brincks was fabulous to work with. He was able to provide an accurate estimate, great communication throughout the project, and even worked with us on some aesthetic changes with new shutters. The Installers were very meticulous, polite and clean, not a bit of debris left in the landscaping. Our house looks great!!! I would definitely use Brincks again!

We hired Brincks Exteriors to replace our roof in July 2020. The salesman was knowledgeable and honest. We liked the product he showed us. The price was quoted quickly and was reasonable. An owner of the company stopped by the morning of the install to explain the process. The crew was very polite and worked extremely hard. They finished in one day and did a marvelous job cleaning up. We would recommend this company.

Contacted Brincks Exteriors to do a complete repair (roof, gutters, skylight replacement, and paint) on the exterior of our house following some pretty extensive hail damage. Once contacted, Jason Brincks was prompt, courteous, and immediately came out to work up an estimate for us. Once he was hired to do the job, he worked with us and our insurance company to help guide us through the confusing insurance process. He thoroughly explained everything to us and we immediately felt comfortable with our decision to go with Brincks. Would not hesitate to go with this company again should the need arise.

I knew of Brincks Exteriors from all the homes in town they had done work on. From the sign they post in the yard while they are working there. It always looked very impressive. I had been on the roof cleaning gutters and trimming branches when I realized we had some soft spots. I made a call to ask for an estimate. Jason Brincks came to inspect everything and returned with what he thought we needed to do to correct the existing problems and keep us happy with the results without being extravagant. Jason has been very caring, down to earth and personable. He was on site when the work started, and again mid day. Jason's father Mike was there that morning when the project started too. The shingles were tore off, some sheeting replaced and reshingled easily in a day. Wow, what a crew. I'm confident Jason and his family's company will be there for me in the future should the need arise. They have written guarantees and are known for backing them up. One of my primary concerns was finding a person and their family company to work with who I could depend on locally to deal with face to face. They have been very attentive to detail and our finances for the project. They also offer an interest free loan should you need it. Allie Tigges in their Carroll office was very kind and helpful with the paper work.
